We stayed at Camping des Hortensias on our way down to Spain and also on our way back. Site easily accessible from Jun10 A26 towards Peronne. Site about 130 miles from Calais so well suited for the Euro Tunnel/Ferry. Facilities were spotless and heated. It had been raining so owners hooked us up to Electric in the farm yard on hard standing. Very helpful, we shall be back!

Camping calme, bien situé entre péronne et Saint-quentin pour une découverte des champs de bataille de la grande guerre. Un beau jardin a admirer en ballade amoureuse par une belle nuit étoilée. a ne pas rater, l'historial de la grande guerre à Péronne et un saut en parachute en tandem a l'aérodrome qui se trouve à 2 km

We stayed at Camping Les Hortensias on May 26th - our last night in France. We think that the campsite is excellent and appreciate the work and care that you give to everything. The facilities are always very clean and accessible and the site is very calm which is just what we want. I wanted to thank you for giving us such a good departure from France after one of our best trips in your wonderful country.

Very best wishes - we shall come again.

13/08/2013 Deze camping per toeval tegengekomen op zoek naar een overnachting tijdens het reizen in Frankrijk. Sanitair erg goed (wel klemmende deur). Baquettes en croisants op bestelling. Schone camping. Lekkere kersenbomen op de camping. Tevens niet duur. Ivm enkele overnachting weinig gezien. Camping zijn overigens dun bezaaid in deze regio.

We set off yesterday in the rain for Vraignes-en-Vermandois, a journey of about 2½ hours and it rained non-stop. We crossed another great viaduct – this trip we had to pay two tolls; the first was €12.20 and the next was €8.60 so they mount up! We found the campground N 49°53'7.7892" E 3°3'51.951" easily and when the rain eased we went for a short walk to check out the surroundings. It’s a tiny village, nothing here but a few houses – no shops or pub!

Today we had a nice sleep in and a leisurely brunch – we’d ordered fresh French bread the night before. After that when the sun came out we went for a walk along the country lane through the flat fields to the next village – no shops or pub there either – we walked about 6km and enjoyed the chilly but fine day
